Not satisfied with your order?
We’re truly sorry to hear that — and we’d love the opportunity to make things right.

At Kulavita Healthcare, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support

Send an email to info@kulavitahealthcare.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Our team will review your request and provide full return instructions.

Step 2: Send the Product(s) Back

Return the item(s) to the address provided by our support team, along with the completed return form.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) to avoid delays or lost packages.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days and return the funds to your original payment method.

Important Notes

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following categories:

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, hair tools, face masks, etc.)

  • Health & wellness items

  • Medical devices

  • Personal socks

  • Dentures

  • Underwear or intimate items

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all seals intact

Order Cancellations

Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Orders paid by credit card cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed.
This includes any upsells added during checkout.

If you wish to cancel a credit card order:

  • You must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will not be possible.

PayPal Payments

If your order was paid via PayPal, cancellations may be possible, but you must email us with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellations are not guaranteed if your order has already been processed or dispatched.
